JURISDICTION TO APPLY
Applicants should submit their applications to the relevant Visa Application Centre according to their place of residence. Applications submitted in Beijing will be assessed by the Embassy of Republic of Poland in Beijing; applications submitted in Shanghai Jurisdiction will be assessed by the Consulate General of Republic of Poland in Shanghai; application submitted in Guangzhou Jurisdiction will be assessed by the Consulate General of Republic of Poland in Guangzhou; application submitted in Chengdu will be assessed by the Consulate General of Republic of Poland in Chengdu. We offer the option of courier service for return of passport, directly to your doorstep.
If you intend to spend more than 90 days (at least 91 days) on Polish territory (either continuously or in intervals) in the half-a-year period since the date of first arrival, you must apply for the country visa D. The country visa (D) permits for: being in Polish territory for the duration of your stay and/or for the duration period the visa was issued for; as well as being able to travel in the other Schengen countries for up to three months during the specified half-a-year period.
